Hello, my name is Melanie Wall and I am moving to the Sellwood area and was wondering if you had any receptionist positions available. I have previous day spa experience from The Dragontree and am currently in school to be and LMT. Thank you for your time.

Comment on I am quite sure I am developing inguinal hernia. It is my understanding that the only real cure is surgery. Unfortunately that is not an option for at least 3 moths, due to lack of insurance. In the mean time I would be interested in learning how to alleviate the discomfort that the hernia is increasingly causing. I am especially interested in hernia belts and Nat Phos 6x. Any input would be greatly appreciated. by Charles Wunderman

Hello Jann

I'm 56 ..... I live in Brighton, England.

I've had a small inguinal hernia for two years (right side). Small bulge, basically asymptomatic, the occasional slight ache or "twinge", nothing more in terms of pain or discomfort (so far).

I think I've got one on the left side as well ... my doctors have been "unsure" about this, however lately I've noticed a slight achey/burning sensation there (although no bulge).

Being phobic about hospitals/surgical procedures, and having read countless "horror stories" about hernia surgery, I'm truly desperate to avoid the operation ...... which is what led me to your website.

During the past two years I have been doing mild Pilates exercises which have been suggested as a means of (hopefully) strengthening the lower abs. I've also taken Hawthornia at times when the symptoms have become slightly more noticeable.

I don't know where you're located, but if you could possibly give me any information about practicioners in my area or whom I might be able to contact regarding non-surgical hernia healing, I'd be beyond eternally grateful.

Many thanks for your very kind attention, and best wishes.

Hi, you might want to take a look at http://www.herniabible.com. There is lots of hernia self-heal information including details of a modern belt
