What is a doula? Free Talk - 3rd Sunday of every month at 3pm
Come and learn about what role a doula can play in your pregnancy and how our services can enhance your birth experience. We will discuss benefits of a doula including: educational support, decreased interventions in birth, increased satisfaction in birth outcome, as well as answer any questions you have about doulas or pregnancy and birth in general. Breastfeeding class $10 per couple – 3rd Sunday of every month at 1pm
Come receive training, tips and practical advice about the how to’s of breastfeeding before the baby arrives! We are also happy to offer private classes to anyone who is uncomfortable with a group setting or would just like more individual advice and help.
